Looking for this intermediate space between a sketch and an «achieved painting», this body of work stands on the threshold. Raw canvas meets full pigmented colors and rough spray can outlines among other elements, these paintings remain on the edge by evidencing their own process of genesis. Spontaneous drawing run across assumed esthetic gestures to display a daily observed but never concretely encountered metro dope scene: permanently on sight but paradoxically remaining invisible.
